Here's what you'll implement in 4 days...
DAY 01
Why taking care of you matters so much
On Day One we'll look at why self-care is so important and non-negotiable in today's world and how it can save you. You'll understand why it's so hard to give yourself permission to schedule time for yourself and that you're not alone. We'll talk about the different types of self-care and what you will need to do to make sure that your own time is the most important part of your day.
You'll explore what makes you happy and what really brings you joy. Identifying what's really important to you helps you get clear on what's missing in your life so that you can easily add the things you want into your life.
By the end of Day One, you'll be keenly aware of how to survive in today's world by using self-care. You'll remember, and be surprised at the things that are so valuable to you and why you can't afford to wait to take care of yourself.
DAY TWO
Creating space for yourself
Knowing what to do for yourself starts with creating a space for yourself. Having your own space reminds you that you must take care of yourself.
You'll create a physical space just for you. It can be as if you're on a mini-treat. You'll get lots of ideas for making your special place restorative and nurturing. I'll also share tips for how to decide on a place that's just for you to relax and reset.
After Day Two you'll have clarity on how to create a retreat space in your home so that you'll remember to slow down and give to yourself.
DAY THREE
Getting to know yourself deeply
On Day Three you'll explore how to deeply know yourself and be able to access all your wisdom. This is key that you know what you need so that you choose the right kind of activities that feed and nourish you.
You'll learn how to use a journal to tap into the answers already inside you. I'll share tips and prompts with you to make your journal your best friend.
After Day Three, you'll be clear about what's truly important to you. You'll receive tons of encouragement and permission to make time for those things. You'll come away with a plan for how to make it happen.
DAY FOUR
Making your self-care effortless
Now that you've determined what makes you happy, it's time to choose the things on your list that make you feel alive and energized.
You'll choose 3 things that you'll implement in your life daily, weekly, and monthly...quick wins that are easy to implement.
So by the end of Day Four, you'll have the most important parts of your self-care decided. I'll teach you how to use my unique sticky note system that easily helps you remember to do the things that make you happy.
You'll be ready to put your self-care plan on your calendar and you'll even learn a way to stay on track so you don't even have to think about it. You'll just be able to implement your self-care effortlessly.
And voila. You'll be able to say you're a Goddess of Self-Care!

For years, I struggled with putting everyone else first. I didn't make time for myself and when someone once asked me what I did for self-care, I looked blankly at them and couldn't think of a single answer.
Thankfully, things changed for me when I started coaching other women in my retreats, workshops, and in my 1:1 work with busy women.
